WorkWise Personnel was established in Hartlepool April 1996, with a specific desire of offering a full recruitment service to local companies based on genuine understanding of commercial, industrial environments.
Closely followed by a second branch in 2000 at Bishop Auckland, and the development of a engineering construction and logistics division evolved. All areas together gave a foundation required to grow our business within these specific areas. WorkWise have just recently introduced a new division to its brand … Training and Learner find solutions.
After 14 years WorkWise Personnel has been described as a friendly family run business with a desire to be the best, one of the leading players in the region and this reputation has been earned by hard work commitment to its customers and by playing it small and personal.

We have taken great care when expanding our operation to maintain this philosophy that small, local branch offices provide both our candidates and clients with the best possible service.
