Our client based in Bishop Auckland are looking for an experienced Administrator to start immediately.
To provide general administrative support to the Senior Management Team and providing a general support to the running of the offices.
Duties:
Answer and redirect incoming calls as appropriate
Despatch parcel post using approved courier
Reserve meeting rooms and ensure appropriate catering facilities are available
Ensure the master mailing list is up to date proactively checking with the senior management team for any new contacts
Ensure post is collected from reception and passed to appropriate colleagues for action.
To ensure compliance with the companys Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety and all other relevant policies, procedures and legislation.
To ensure compliance with the Safeguarding of Vulnerable Children and Adults policy.
Keep the general office filing system up to date.
Requirements:
Proven general administrative experience essential.
Excellent IT skills – including work/excel and powerpoint
Extensive email/internet experience essential.
Good attention to detail – the appointee will be checking all new registrations and transferring information from one database to another.
Accuracy is an essential part of the job.
Hourly Rate:
6.57
Hours of Work:
37.5 per week
