This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of WorkWise Personnel Ltd who is operating as an employment agency.

Our client is looking to recruit a Team leader required for a sales team of up to 30 agents.

You will be helping them achieve sales targets, handle any issue regarding quality, conduct training and coaching sessions, monthly reviews, escalate calls and finalise sales, etc

Experience of a call centre environment at team leader level, proven track record, sales and customer service experience, ability to work as part of a team

Working hours will be between 10 -6 or 12 – 8 Monday to Friday and 10 – 4 on a Friday
