We are looking for experienced, organised and efficient Administrators to join their team in Bishop Auckland. You will support the team with the following:
Welcoming learners and be responsible for all the administration that supports the learners journey
Advising and progressing learners onto further learning upon completion of current courses updating in-house database
Ensuring administrations systems are maintained
Being responsible for keeping learner files up-to-date with all the relevant documentation, ensuring all agreements and paperwork are done in line with company and audit requirements
Enter precise and concise tutor notes onto system
Being flexible in approach to administering online support
You will support the internal audit process and will need a high level of attention to detail to ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
This role would suit somebody who has previously worked in a training provider or work skills environment and is familiar with the importance of maintaining an accurate and efficient paperwork system.
Previous administration experience, ideally from within a training provider / work skills environment
Excellent data entry skills
