Through the Leadership and Management Advisory service, our Training Division can gain access to a grant of up to 1,000 that is now available to fully capitalise on the capabilities and talents of either yourself or any managers within your organisation as a business leader.

The Four Steps
1. Am I Eligible
To be eligible your organization must include Directors/Senior Managers/key decision makers and employ between five and 249 employees (includes full/part-time and volunteers). You must not have had any funded management training from external bodies in the last 12 months.
To take full advantage of the 1000 funding, all Directors/Senior Managers/key decision makers qualify for the first 500, however the subsequent 500 (if needed) must be match funded by the employer.
The funding can support a range of training such as coaching, workshops, mentoring and seminars. It cannot, however, support technical training such as IT software skills.
2. How do I apply?
Contact our Training Division and WorkWise will arrange for a skills broker to visit the employer to arrange the training on offer.
3. What happens next?
Once the application is completed and submitted:
You will be contacted within one week by a specialist adviser to carry out an analysis of your training needs. The adviser will talk you through the process and arrange to visit. The visit is compulsory and can be arranged at a time to suit you.
During the visit a Personal development Plan (PDP) will be agreed.
Training must commence within 90 days of your PDP.
4. Who can I do the training with?
Firstly, the choice of training provider is up to you. The specialist adviser can only make a recommendation from the range of training companies available to them.
