What makes us unique?

How we recruit

Local Presence

The most successful and reliable of all recruiting techniques is word of mouth and passing trade, from window displays.

This ensures that the candidate is keen to work and is legitimately looking for employment.

Our branches in Hartlepool and Bishop Auckland ensure that we have a large varied database of prospective local candidates.

Open Days

Open days within colleges and jobcentres around the area allows vast numbers of prospective candidates for specific job roles to be seen and interviewed together.

Training and Assessment Days

We are currently offering our customers an added service - we are holding 2 day assessment days at the end of recruitment campaigns.

To assess candidates basic literacy and numeracy skills and evaluate them on Team Building and performance and their ability to solve problems. (Industry Specific).

The assessments cover Health & Safety Training, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement and 5S all introduced to get them workplace ready before placement.

Advertising locally and regionally

Fine-tuning advertising to encourage specific types of candidates who are motivated and actively looking for work.

Relationships with groups

Relationships with colleges, government bodies and training organisations who are aware of the skills and abilities required by our clients and can advise us of potential suitable candidates.

Rigourous Techniques

We follow rigorous recruitment techniques to ensure that candidates are suitably experienced for the posts in which they are interested. We endeavour to match client/candidate as closely as possible and continue to provide support following a successful placement.
