About WorkWise

WorkWise was formed in April, 1996 with the specific desire of offering a full recruitment facility to local companies based on a genuine understanding of commercial and industrial environments.

The company was launched in 1996 in Hartlepool, initially focusing on temporary and permanent recruitment within the commercial and industrial sectors, closely followed by a second branch in 2000 at Bishop Auckland, and the development of engineering, construction and logistics divisions, which together gave a foundation, required to grow the company into other areas.

The philosophy of WorkWise Personnel is to simply build strong honest relationships with our customers, provide them with the right staff and excellent rates and provide a full HR service, and to add value to their business, giving them time to concentrate on their business needs. WorkWise pride ourselves in the highest service levels that we offer to clients.

Both of our branches have been built on a genuine commitment to providing professional services of the highest quality to clients and candidates alike, being members of the REC,a commitment which has been recognised throughout Teesside and County Durham building our reputation with over 100 satisfied customers.

WorkWise were also winners of the Hartlepool Business Awards 1998 for the Best New Start In Business and for generating employment in the area.
